Madelyn Schubert

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to begin my Social Media Internship with Virginia Tech’s Office of Undergraduate Research. As a Public Relations major, I’m passionate about creative communication, sustainability, and building strong connections through media platforms. Throughout the semester, I’ll be managing and contributing to the office’s social media platforms. I’ll be sharing exciting updates, student spotlights, research achievements, and upcoming opportunities. Outside of academics, I’m also deeply committed to environmental advocacy. I proudly serve as a 4ocean Wave Maker and a Pura Vida Ambassador, where I work to raise awareness around ocean conservation and promote more sustainable lifestyles. These roles allow me to merge my love for communication with a cause I care deeply about. I’m truly looking forward to connecting with the Hokie community and using social media to inform, inspire, and engage.
