Poster Stands

The Office of Undergraduate Research has some remarkable resources available to Departments and faculty, one being poster stands.

In 2015, OUR purchased 25 tri-poster stands. Each poster stand holds 3 posters and is easily assembled. If a department or event would like to use these great tools, please fill out the form below. Professional kiosk style poster stands are available from the Office of Undergraduate Research for on-campus use, free of charge. Each stand has three sides, with each side accommodating one poster board measuring 40" tall and 45" wide. There are 25 stands available for loan, which can accommodate a total of 75 posters.

There is also small collapsible 3 leg poster stands along with foam board. This can accommodate 1 poster each. There are 44 stands and poster boards for loan, which can accommodate a total of 44 posters. The foam board sizes are 20"x30" and 30"x40".

Please note that it is the responsibility of the borrower to pick up, transport, set up, take down, and return poster stands to Burruss Hall, Suite 104. Currently, construction is around Burruss Hall and might restrict access. Other arrangements might have to be made for pick up and drop off. 

The rentee will be held personally responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of the equipment while it is in their possession. Fees will need to be collected for any lost or damaged items (note: Velcro strips are integral part of stands, vitally necessary for their construction).
