Jenna Helm

Hi there! My name is Jenna Helm, and I am thrilled to begin my new position as the Social Media Intern at Virginia Tech's Office of Undergraduate Research. Growing up in Fredericksburg, Virginia, I developed an appreciation for the simple things in life and the importance of hard work. As a proud Latina with Venezuelan roots, I often reflect on my upbringing and am grateful for the opportunities I now have. I am a marketing management major with a concentration on digital marketing strategy and a minor in psychology, and I am eager to incorporate my creative interests—such as art, fashion, and writing—into my profession. I am looking forward to providing engaging content, interacting with faculty and students, and contributing fresh perspectives to undergraduate research. And, while I enjoy everything college has to offer, I miss my mother's homemade Venezuelan arepas the most. Spending quality time with my loved ones is what motivates me to keep pushing forward.
